It doesn’t matter how many times or what order you do it in. I did this tape for a whole two months to get ready for a wedding. I was in the best shape ever. I switched to workout 2 whenever I got bored with workout 1 and vice versa. Workout 2 has a lot of abs work, it’s awesome! I hope I helped.
I’m getting back into it and I’m so out of shape that I’m going to be doing this until my body gets used to being active again. Best.

Watch your neck, I did this video for nearly a year (it reall does work) but I damaged my neck really badly with the sit ups – she goes too fast! : (
